This six-shot Target revolver with eight inch barrrel is blued with case coloured hammer and trigger-guard and two-piece factory chequered fleur de lys walnut grips with circular S&W motif at top. The bore is bright and the action is tight and crisp. As many as 35,796 standard and Target models were manufactured 1878-1912 in many calibres including 44 Russian which is an obsolete calibre in the United Kingdom.
